Derrich Phillips, DVM, is an emergency veterinarian at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Rock Hill. 

Professional Accomplishments

Dr. Phillips received his B.S. in Animal Science from Clemson University in 2002 and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 2006.

Dr. Phillips enjoys small animal critical care medicine and surgery.

In his free time, Dr. Phillips enjoys spending time with his wife and their children.
