Kate Strait

Kate Strait, DVM, is an emergency veterinarian at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Rock Hill. 

Professional Accomplishments

Dr. Strait received a B.A. in Biology from the University of Virginia in 2018 and their DVM degree from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022.  They completed a Small Animal Rotating Internship at the University of Missouri in 2022-2023, a Small Animal Surgical Specialty Internship at WestVet Animal Emergency and Specialty Center in 2023-2024, and a Small Animal Surgical Oncology Specialty Internship at Colorado Animal Specialty & Emergency in 2024-2025. 

In their free time, Dr. Strait enjoys taking care of their plants, reading books, and working out in the gym.
